A man who was at a baseball game is suing the team because supposadly the mascot threw a hot dog six rows away that hit the guy in the eye and damaged him immensely.
It is hard for me to believe that a hot dog would travel that far in the air. I am sure that it was not dropped because they were on the same level with the mascot. It also had to be one heck of a throw. I really think this person must be making this up. I am sure that the courts will make a determination whether it is a false claim or not.
